Mediation is defined as a voluntary and confidential method of dispute resolution in which the parties, with the help of an impartial mediator accepted by them, reach an agreement on their own. Mediation is possible in all cases between individuals or businesses where the law allows for settlement in civil, commercial, family or criminal matters.

Legal adviser Przemysław Pawlicki has completed relevant training in mediation, both in civil and commercial matters, and has been entered on the list of permanent mediators at Regional Court in Poznań, as well as on the list of mediators at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.
